When an offer is registered, arrange for prompt presentation and review of all aspects of the offer and recommend an appropriate response
Cooperate with the buyer’s agent to see that any contingencies are removed as quickly as possible (p. ex. home inspection, termite inspection, financing, appraisal, etc.)
Make sure that the settlement office has all pertinent information for a smooth transaction at signing
Connect you with the many services of Weichert, Realtors including relocation (movers) or referral to a Weichert agent anywhere we are licensed
Attend settlement with you to insure that all financial aspects of the contract are incorporated on the settlement sheet
